THE 21ST CENTURY
ABOUT THE 21ST CENTURY Nothing seems impossible in the 21st Century. Globalisation, ecofriendly, green, environmentally sustainable, ethics, recyclability, carbon emmissions, laws, safety and pollution are all contemporary issues that are being delt with globally. Technology is changing the way we live, eat, communicate, entertain and live it is also changing the way we design and manufacture products. Technology however sometimes brings with it unexpected negative consequences, because although it can do many wonderful things it cannot work out its own effect on the planet and on human beings. The contemporary issues which we are currently facing are likely to become larger and more complex as new issues arise. The future of many things in relation to these issues will require big changes and will require lots of different methods and solutions to be designed to overcome the over use of fossil fuels and non re-usable materials(Australian explorer).

We reflect on their past mistreatment. We reflect in particular on the mistreatment of those who were stolen generations - this blemished chapter in our nation's history. The time has now come for the nation to turn a new page in Australia's history by righting the wrongs of the past and so moving forward with confidence to the future. We apologise for the laws and policies of successive parliaments and governments that have inflicted profound grief, suffering and loss on these our fellow Australians.
